Just my luck I've had the worst day. you'll be okay she said you will get through it she said. Well guess what it hasn't. It was just an ordinary day But it wasn't. As I walked into school I was already feeling tired of school all week long. But in order to not scolded my parents I walked in anyways. soon enough I was in class and my friend Nathan walked up to me. "Are you okay". "Yeah I guess so". Then the teacher stepped on my foot. "yow that hurt". " ooo a 20 dollar bill score! " What the heck". Ope sorry my bad. then soon enough it was lunch time. I went up to the line. What is this stuff. Its mystery potatos. Do I really need to eat this. yes. As I walked up to the cash register and suddenly. Your our 200th customer here have a burger with ice cream. What!?!?.
Thomas Jefferson said, "I am a great believer in luck, and I find the harder I work, the more I have of it." Write about a situation in which you, or a character you create, put a lot of work into something, and then luck seems to follow.
when I was younger I loved soccer and still love it, but I had one problem I wasn't very good at it. When I was in eighth grade I had the chance to play u19 soccer. As a fourteen-year-old playing against seventeen and eighteen-year-old division 1 and 2 players I got much better really really fast. The first game we played very badly. I had a lot of turnovers and it was hard for me to keep the ball, at each practice after every game i could tell i improved. it was getting easier to keep the ball, because i loved soccer so much and was determined to get better I would practice more after every practice. after a little, i was seeing improvement I had less turnovers and was playing more in the games. now when playing against players my own age it is really easy to get the ball and dribble down the field. all i have to do is take one touch and i am passing the defender. one time during school soccer i decided that i was going to score. I got the ball and dribbled down the feild. I was right outside the twenty-yard box and had an offender approaching. I took the shot, aimed it into the top left corner and watched it sail over the goalie's hands into the goal. it was a perfect goal and it was surprisingly easy.
luck is one thing but what about instinct you know that says hay that's right. let me give you a definition of luck
Success or failure apparently brought by chance rather than through one's own actions.
‘it was just luck that the first kick went in’
‘this charm was supposed to bring good luck’
